    • Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

    • Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    • ï»żï»żReturns are only offered if you received the
      wrong items. Cancellations currently aren't offered

    • EXCHANGE

    •  Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached: All orders must be returned in the original packaging. 

    • All exchanges must be made within 48 hours of recorded receipt.

    • Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.

    • Any exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.

    • Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items. Customised orders ANY CUSTOMISED WIG cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
